- All tickets for events at Dionysus are available through our official website.
- Each ticket is valid for one-time entry for the event specified.
- Entry to the property is strictly permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket along with a government-issued ID that matches the ticket details.
- Tickets must be presented at the gate either in digital or printed form for verification.
- No Refund Policy
- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Under no circumstances will the ticket amount be refunded once the booking is confirmed.
- In the rare event that the program is cancelled by Dionysus (due to unforeseen or unavoidable reasons), we do not guarantee a refund.
- However, alternate compensation (such as rescheduling or event credits) may be offered at our discretion.
- Event Conduct & Dress Code
To ensure a respectful, comfortable, and premium experience for all guests:
- Entry is not allowed in slippers or flip-flops. Proper footwear and smart casual or event-appropriate attire is mandatory.
- Dionysus reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not adhering to the dress code or found behaving inappropriately, without any refund.
- You are expected to follow all rules and decorum as instructed by the staff and security.
- Proof of Purchase
- Entry will only be granted after successful verification of your ticket.
- Do not share or duplicate your ticket. Each ticket is linked to a unique transaction and identity. If a duplicate is presented, entry will be denied to both parties.

Dionysus shall not be liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Any injuries, medical conditions, or accidents occurring during the event unless proven due to gross negligence of Dionysus staff.
